Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchased items and shipping information. Please carefully verify all information (country/region, street address, company name, unit number, etc.). If there are any errors, please contact us immediately at service@axisdark.com.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Processing Time: We require 1–3 business days to process your order. This includes order confirmation, packaging, and preparing for shipment.

Shipping Time: Standard Shipping: $8.99 (Free shipping on orders over $60)

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or when packages are undergoing customs inspections. While we strive to deliver your orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. After the items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, and tracking number.

Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update.

Delivery

We take every precaution to ensure your products are not damaged during transit. If your items arrive damaged, please email service@axisdark.com within 3 business days of receiving the items, attaching photos of the damage. If possible, please record any delivery issues (e.g., damaged packaging) with the carrier upon receipt.

Changing Shipping Address

If your order is being sent to the wrong address, please contact us immediately at service@axisdark.com.

Important Notice

  • In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. We will process your order as soon as conditions allow.
  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs of packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If the reason for return is not a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

About Taxes

No additional fees will be incurred after your order is successfully submitted. In some cases, your destination country may levy VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees. However, in our experience, this is very rare.
